Vanilla Cake
          This basic cake is both easy to make and good to taste. While a lot of people consider vanilla boring and go for sharper flavours like coffee or chocolate, there are plenty of other people who adore the subtle taste of vanilla. Easy Plain Cookie
3cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cup butter softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3 egg
3 tsp vanilla extract

METHOD
Pre-heat the oven
In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda & powder. Set aside.
In a bowl, cream butter &sugar. Beat in egg & vanilla. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients. Mix well. Mould into cookie shape. Place in a buttered pan.
Bake for at least 10 - 15 minutes
