Is President Muhammed Buhari leading by example? Must Read...

One of the core quality  a good leader should possess is 'walking the talk'. This phrase 'walking the talk' simply means doing what you said.

A good leader is task to lead by example and I personally thought this has been met and fulfilled by the present administration led by PMB when they launched "The Change Begins With Me" and promoting consumption of "Made in Nigeria " products. But my JOY was SHORT-LIVED.

Last week, the biography of PMB was launched, guess what, the author was an AMERICAN! For a president who has been campaigning for consumption of "Made in Nigeria" products, this was nothing but betrayal. Is PMB walking his talk? Is PMB consuming "Made in Nigeria" products?

Sir, you (PMB) cannot be promoting consumption of clothes made in Kano, shoes made in Aba and be patronising writers in the USA! The question I will need the presidency to address is that;

IS THERE NO SINGLE WRITER IN NIGERIA WHO CAN DO THE JOB?
The so-called biography is nothing but propaganda! The American writer can only write based on the documents carefully selected and presented to him.
Action speaks louder than voice, someone also said 'what you do speaks so loud that I cannot hear what you are saying'. We therefore huge PMB to walk his talk, lead by example and follow the crusade he and is party initiated.

PS: I am not under any influence in the course of writing these, am just drive with the motive and hunger of living in better Nigeria.

It quite unfortunate when people denied you what you deserve because of what you don't choose for yourself. Human are victimised by birth, some were born --Christian, Muslim, Yoruba,Hausa, Igbo.....

Many individual went for interview and returned qualified but eventually not getting the job because of their religion / ethnic. (NOTE: We have to keep friend for friendship and work with the qualified and expert).

Some family also denied their child /ward eternal happiness under the slogan "we know what is best for you/we can't lead you astray" but instructing your child/ward not to marry who they love because that person is from another part of the country or even from a neighbourhood town. Did you really love your child/ward when you take from them what makes them happy?

Been born into a family/ethnic  is not our fault but not choosing our family will be our greatest regret.
Is high time we walk our talk as ONE NIGERIA and STOP DISCRIMINATING.

Memorable day in the life of some corp members

October 6 marks the beginning of a  new hope in the life of some graduates, we will say" they came, saw and conquer...

They are the new set born into Nigeria labour market and at this point, no allawee from federal government, no pocket money from parent and family members instead they are now waiting for the fruit of their labour.

Many graduate will get marry especially the female among them, some will further on there academics, some will go into business, while some will leave the country in pursuit of greener pasture.

These completed exercise (NYSC)  has trained them to manage themselves in the hard time both in and outside the country. 

To all nysc graduates that pass out, i say a big CONGRATULATIONS...

See what kogi state government pay there Corpers... This will shock you!!!

Can you imaging where  state is paying there Corpers 2556 naira (two thousand five hundred and fifty six naira) per year which means 213 naira ( two hundred and thirteen naira) per month with a break down of 7 naira ( seven naira) per day.

This what kogi state government paid his corp members, the funniest part of this, not all kogi corpers were paid, only those in government schools and how many government school do we have in kogi state that the government can't pay a reasonable amount.

Many state are paying there Corpers (1000,5000,1O000) naira per Month, is it that kogi is the poorest state in Nigeria or is this a way of saying they are not in need of Corpers or Corp members are irrelevant to them.

If they don't want to pay, its understandable, not that they will treat them like beggers, what can 7 naira do in a secondary school student's life talkless of corpers.

Is this how to appreciate people that has serve there father's land in your state?, knowing fully well that the state lack teachers and good and conducive environment for learning, this Corpers has face alot in Kogi state.
